This site connects visitors with a local licensed plumbing contractor. You describe your problem by phone or through the form, and your request is passed to that contractor so they can contact you and, if you both agree, perform the work.

We Are Not the Service Provider

This site is operated by Neriah Labs LLC, doing business as Friendswood Plumber Pros. Neriah Labs LLC is not a plumbing contractor and does not perform plumbing work.

Any plumbing service you receive is performed by an independent licensed contractor under a separate agreement between you and that contractor. Neriah Labs LLC is not a party to that agreement.

This means the contractor — not Neriah Labs LLC — is responsible for the work performed, the price charged, scheduling, permits, licensing, insurance, and anything that goes wrong on the job. Payment arrangements and any dispute about the work are between you and the contractor.
